The Galician cuisine of chef Federico López Arvay travels to Cataluña to offer a selection of the dishes and flavours that best represent the local traditional gastronomy. 

The chef´s creations at A Quinta Da Auga feature renowned products from the sea and the countryside of Galicia that we bring over to Mas de Torrent in a major food event.
