Relais & Châteaux celebrates its 60th anniversary with gastronomic events worldwide.

On Friday June 6th, Galician cuisine of Relais & Châteaux A Quinta da Auga in Santiago de Compostela travels to the Relais & Châteaux Mas de Torrent to offer an exclusive dinner, a selection of dishes and flavors that best represent the traditional Galician cuisine.

Led by Federico Lopez Arcay, chef of A Quinta Da Auga, reputable products from the sea and the Galician countryside will be featured in what will prove to be a major gourmet event.
