A yoga practice which strengthens body and mind

We teach complimentary Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga sessions for our guests every week at MasSpa, a space dedicated to the holistic care of our guests. Hatha Yoga is perfect for beginners, combining breathwork and gentle transitions between body positions. Balancing body movement and conscious breathing considerably reduces stress and the body gradually becomes stronger and more flexible. Each session finishes with a 10-minute relaxation to integrate the effects of the practice.
