A yoga practice which strengthens body and mind

Every week we offer free Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga sessions for our guests. Hatha Yoga is a type of yoga perfect for beginners that combines breath control with smooth transitions between body postures. By harmonizing body movements and conscious breathing, stress levels are significantly reduced and our body is prepared for meditation. Each session ends with a 10-minute relaxation to integrate the effects of the practice.
