Menu initiates a continuous dialogue with the latest culinary trends, as well as those created especially for the restaurant. The technique, the little travelled product and its concept are always present in the proposal, whose hallmark is the culture and history of the territory. Values that make its gastronomy a must.
It also has a very wide winery, with more than 800 national and international references. With the help of our team of sumillers led by Pere Palmada, the gastronomic experience is completed with the possibility of wine pairings.
The restaurant, with large windows that open onto the terrace and the aromatic garden, has panoramic views of Pals. The interior is decorated with a unique collection of rugs made in 1972 in homage to Picasso, signed by artists such as Neruda, Alberti, Tàpies, Subirach, Hartung and Delaunay.
